We are offering you to restore – regenerate your batteries, meaning that your old and exhausted batteries will be restored to 85–95% of the capacity of a new battery.

The battery regeneration service – the so-called desulfation can be used for all lead acid as well as GEL batteries that are usually used for: forklifts, telecommunication and support systems, trains, golf carts...

With time, your battery will lose a lot of its capacity and efficiency since even the most optimally maintained batteries will suffer from sulfation or excessive build-up of lead sulfate crystals over the years. Those crystals cannot decompose with a normal charger thus rendering a part of the lead plate useless, the specific gravity of the battery reduced and its capacity, naturally, drops. Therefore the battery will have to be RECHARGED more often and you will be able to use it for a shorter amount of time.

Exhausted batteries offer two options:

• You can replace your old battery with a new one, which is however very expensive end environmentally unfriendly.
• Why not rather opt for DESULFATION and give your battery by means of our technology a new life?

After the regeneration process, a report with detailed results can be printed in order to give you an overview of how much the capacity has improved.

We have already successfully regenerated numerous batteries. Some of those were as much as 14 years old, but we still managed to restore them to 93% of their original capacity. We can therefore say that there is no reason for the regeneration to fail as long as the battery is alive. The useful life of a battery can be up to 20 years with proper usage and maintenance.
